Vedic meditation is an effortless transcending technique that allows you to access deep peace, calm and rest. It’s practiced for 20 minutes twice a day, sitting comfortably with the eyes closed. There is no focus, no concentration and no control of the mind. you are prescribed a personal mantra and how to use it effortlessly to allow the mind and body to relax. Experience profound rest, release deep stress, and rediscover a more present, calm and dynamic you. Whether you are completely new to meditation, have been using an app or want to explore a new technique, this 4 session course will support you on your journey.

The schedule:
Day 1, Monday: Mantra day + learn the vedic meditation technique. Time is based on your personal schedule for this day and Meredith will schedule with you privately. For this session, you will need to bring 3 fruits and 6 flowers.
Days 2-4 we will meet as a group.
Tuesday - Thursday we will meet in the morning. 930 or 10am. Each session will be around 1.5-2hours.
We will learn the mechanics of meditation, how to make it a consistent practice, explore the science of stress, the effect it has on our everyday lives, and how we can integrate your new meditation practice into your every day life.
By the end of the course you will be a confident and independent meditator, and will have access to lifetime support.

This payment is for the deposit only and will. be updated weekly to reflect the equivalent of 100 pounds.
The total price for this course is 695 pounds. The remaining balance of 595 pounds will be due 1st June, in which you will receive an invoice.
If you pay you deposit and then cannot come to the course, you can transfer your space if you find someone to take your space and pay you directly. There are no refunds.
