Vedic meditation is an effortless technique that allows you to access deep peace, calm and rest.. It’s practiced for 20 minutes twice a day, sitting comfortably with the eyes closed. There is no focus, no concentration and no control of the mind. Instead, you are given a personal mantra, and are taught how to use it silently and effortlessly to allow the mind and body to relax so that you begin to feel more rested, more alive, more consistent energy, more intuition and a renewed zest for life.

The schedule:
Day 1, Wednesday: Mantra day + learn the vedic meditation technique. Time is based on your personal schedule for this day and Meredith will schedule with you privately. For this session, you will need to bring 3 fruits and 6 flowers.
Day 2, Thursday: you choose, 930-11am OR 6-8pm
We will learn the mechanics of meditation, how to make it a consistent practice, explore the science of stress, the effect it has on our everyday lives, and how we can integrate your new meditation practice into your every day life.
By the end of the course you will be a confident and independent meditator, and will have access to lifetime support.
You will receive an email with more information after you sign up, plus additional information a few days prior to Day 1 of the course.

*Regular Vedic Meditation *group courses are $1008. At this time, I am offering a rate of $660 until Spring 2025 for *group classes as I continue to teach immediately upon arriving home from India. Private courses are also available.
